A Caring Staff

The staff who care for our residents are specially trained, compassionate individuals. They work with a clear understanding of those with memory disorders - how the disorder affects the individual as well as the family members who love them.

Our elder care staff receives extensive training beyond what is required for all assisted living programs. They strive to develop personal relationships with the residents, learning their preferences, habits and individual needs.

Equally important to the success of Reflections at The Arbors is the staff’s relationship with the families of those who live here. We recognize that loved ones can provide valuable input offering us the ability to provide a higher, more compassionate level of service. Communicating with families and involving them in the lives of the residents is one of our staff’s most important responsibilities.
